Outcomes, not deliverables.

01

Cannabis environmental systems provider · Multi-site

Client reporting, SLA visibility, and a backdoor caught before it shipped.

Decisions

Faster

Challenge

A climate-as-a-service provider managing HVACD systems across cultivation facilities needed a clearer view of client reporting and SLA performance, plus a defensible point of view on where AI actually belonged in their operation.

Approach

We mapped the data flow end-to-end, built dashboards for client reporting and SLA management, and advised on practical AI adoption. The engagement expanded into security and code review, where we identified a significant potential backdoor in their codebase before it reached production.

Outcome

Leadership now makes faster, better-informed calls on client commitments and AI investment. A serious security exposure was caught and remediated early. The engagement is ongoing.

02

Boutique driving-tour startup · Pre-launch

A new travel brand, from blank page to booking-ready in one engagement.

Scope

End-to-end

Challenge

A new travel company offering small-group car rallies along America's most iconic driving roads needed a brand presence, a credible website, and a go-to-market plan — all before the first tour ran.

Approach

We built the web and social media strategy alongside the marketing site itself: positioning, content architecture, trip pages, booking flow, and a channel plan tuned to enthusiast drivers. Visual direction and messaging were tightened to match the intimate, ten-cars-per-tour premium product.

Outcome

The company launched with a polished site, a clear narrative, and a social strategy aligned to its first season of trips — ready to take inquiries and bookings on day one.

03

Creator commerce · Instagram + Amazon storefront

Turning a creator's storefront into a daily, automated product engine.

Product review

Automated

Challenge

A social media influencer with a large Instagram following and an Amazon storefront was making product decisions by hand — slow to spot new items worth featuring, and even slower to turn them into posts for her audience.

Approach

We integrated with the Amazon API to continuously scan the catalog, surface daily candidate products against her criteria, and feed them into an automated review workflow. The output plugs directly into her social pipeline so storefront additions become Instagram-ready reviews with minimal manual lift.

Outcome

She now evaluates new products daily instead of opportunistically, and publishes reviews to her followers without the previous research and production overhead. Her time shifts from sourcing to creative and audience work.

04

Health & wellness · MLM · $100M+ revenue

Sales visibility and automated reporting across tens of thousands of distributors.

Sales force

10,000s

Challenge

A nine-figure peptide business running a multi-level sales model had tens of thousands of distributors and no scalable way to track performance, surface trends, or hold the field accountable. Follow-up was manual and inconsistent at every level of the org.

Approach

We built a tiered dashboard system tailored to the MLM hierarchy and an automated report-delivery layer that pushes the right view to the right leader on the right cadence. AI automation work is now expanding from there into deeper operational and revenue use cases.

Outcome

Leadership and field managers finally see distributor performance at scale, and follow-up runs on a schedule instead of memory. The reporting foundation is now the launchpad for an ongoing AI automation roadmap.
